We will repair or replace any issue caused by defects in our workmanship or installation at no cost to the original homeowner. This includes problems resulting from improper installation, assembly, or other errors made by our team during the installation process.
Our warranty covers workmanship and materials we supply. It does not extend to damage that occurs after installation from use, accidents, or environmental events beyond our control.
If damage is determined to have been caused after installation by the customer or another party, Closets Inc. will gladly repair or replace the affected components. However, the customer will be responsible for the cost of replacement materials, parts, and labor required to complete the repair. We always quote these repairs fairly before any work begins.

We'll schedule a visit to inspect the installation and determine the cause.
If it's covered, we repair or replace at no cost. If not, we'll quote a fair repair price.
If a warranty claim is submitted, Closets Inc. reserves the right to inspect the issue to determine whether it is covered under this warranty before any repairs or replacements are performed. Our goal is to be transparent, fair, and fast — so you always know exactly what to expect.
